Story beats · 8

  1. 01The vault at Siwa

Masked men force Bayek to the sealed door beneath the temple. Khemu dies on his father's blade in the struggle — the wound the whole series grows from.

  2. 02A list of masks

The Heron, the Ibis, the Crocodile, the Scarab: Bayek works through the Order of the Ancients one mask at a time, each kill buying a name for the next.

  3. 03Alexandria and Aya

In the great city Bayek finds Aya — hunting the same men from the other end, and already sworn to a queen in exile.

  4. 04Cleopatra's blade

The Medjay and his wife become the exiled queen's killers, clearing her path back to the throne while the Order props up her brother.

  5. 08The Hidden Ones

Bayek and Amunet found a creed on everything the masks taught them: hide in plain sight, never compromise the brotherhood, kill only with reason.
