Kassandra

Thrown from Mount Taygetos as a child for defying an oracle's verdict on her baby brother, Kassandra survived to become Kephallonia's least reputable mercenary and, eventually, the person who dismantled the Cult of Kosmos branch by branch during the Peloponnesian War. Blood of Leonidas on one side and of Pythagoras on the other, she carried the Spear of the one and inherited the Staff of the other — and with the Staff, an assignment measured in millennia: keep the balance between order and chaos until the right pair of hands appeared. She predates the Creed by four centuries and outlived almost everything else in this Codex.
